The Challenge

Cafés live and die on neighbourhood foot traffic and local word of mouth. The client needed a cost-efficient strategy to grow their digital audience, convert online attention into in-store visits, and credibly launch a new catering offering to local businesses.

What We Did

We ran hyper-local Meta campaigns targeting 5km radius audiences with interest and behaviour segmentation. We sourced and managed Toronto-based food and lifestyle micro-influencers to create authentic content, which was amplified through paid distribution. Google My Business was fully optimised, and local SEO work ensured the café appeared in key neighbourhood search results. A dedicated lead-capture funnel for catering inquiries brought the cost per lead down to $4.20.
