Kaiyel is a rising Toronto-based artist with over 1 million streams to his name. He partnered with Cypress Digital to turn his next show into a full-scale event — from the stage and sound to the ticketing and sponsorships — and to drive the marketing campaign that filled every seat.
Kaiyel needed more than a marketing agency — he needed a partner who could handle both sides: the physical production of a live event and the digital campaign to sell it out.
We coordinated the full event infrastructure: venue sourcing, stage and sound production, lighting, ticketing platform setup, and day-of logistics. We also secured brand sponsors and partnerships to offset event costs and add credibility to the activation.
We ran a phased paid social campaign across Meta and TikTok, executed an influencer seeding strategy with Toronto lifestyle and music creators, and built organic hype through a content rollout in the weeks leading to the show. Pre-sale and general on-sale campaigns were structured to sell through capacity in under two weeks.
