A brand new Toronto clothing retailer needed to enter the market with impact. We designed and executed a fully integrated omnichannel campaign spanning five channels simultaneously — from print to SMS — turning a cold launch into a buzzing local retail moment.
Launching a new retail brand from zero is one of the hardest briefs in marketing. No existing audience, no brand recall, no customer data. We needed to build awareness, drive foot traffic, and establish a digital presence — all at once, within a defined launch window.
We built a full omnichannel launch plan: paid social ads on Meta and TikTok targeting local fashion audiences, Google search and display campaigns capturing in-market shoppers, print collateral distributed across key neighbourhoods, and an email drip + SMS sequence for early sign-ups. Creative was produced in-house, with a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint.
